Man Utd's injury woes continue as 19-year-old Leny Yoro has a foot injury that could keep him out for the foreseeable future.

United's manager Ruben Amorim confirmed the issue after his side's draw against Arsenal yesterday. The young Frenchman had to be substituted at halftime after looking like he was playing with some discomfort for a period of that first half.

Amorim: "Leny has something in his foot. We will see if he is available for Thursday."

The defender had already begun this season with a major setback after picking up an ankle injury in pre-season funnily enough against Arsenal. That ruled him out for four months. He was out for so long that he didn't even play for the manager who signed him in Erik ten Hag.

United also ran the risk of buying Yoro knowing that he already had an injury problem. The club brought him in anyway due to his ability as one of the best young centre-backs in the game and potential he could reach.

He has played 21 games for United so far having already missed 20 matches. With this latest injury, Yoro becomes the 11th player to be sidelined for Ruben Amorim at this moment as all of Bayindir, Heaton, Maguire, Martinez, Shaw, Evans, Mount, Ugarte, Mainoo and Amad are all in the medical room.

Still no update on how long he'll be out for and whether others will return ahead of Thursday's important return leg against Real Sociedad although the manager has hinted that Ugarte could make his way back into the team.

It doesn't seem to be a serious issue but you never know with these things. At least in defense we also have a lot of cover but with Yoro out, we are down to the bare bones.

United's injury crisis though, it still remains.

Yeah, I can talk and talk and talk about the things I love, like football and United, as you can see in this post. Once I get on a roll, it's pretty hard to stop me. This is all coming from a guy who doesn't talk that much. How weird.
