Tunisian midfielder Hannibal Mejbri looks set for a move to Championship side Burnley.

The Athletic are reporting that the 21-year-old "is at Burnley for a medical ahead of move. Loan with obligation, which will help #MUFC PSR calculations as effectively an academy player on book value so goes down as pure profit", via Laurie Whitwell.

There is no mention about the transfer fee nor the length of his contract.

Final Thoughts

I'm not the biggest fan of Mejbri's. I never really saw what all the hype about him was about. Many fans did see something in him but other than energy, there is nothing with him that would suggest he's a Man Utd player.

I always felt that he was a little hotheaded on top of it all which didn't help either.

At his age (21), it is about time he started getting regular first-team football as he won't want to waste anymore of his career sitting on his arse at United.

Going to Burnley is a good move for him and the Championship will be a great test for the young man.

Wish him nothing but the best and hope it all goes well for him.

Yeah, I can talk and talk and talk about the things I love, like football and United, as you can see in this post. Once I get on a roll, it's pretty hard to stop me. This is all coming from a guy who doesn't talk that much. How weird.
