Fabrizio Romano came out on his YouTube channel and said that Bayern Munich right-back Noussair Mazraoui has agreed personal terms with United!

We know that he's been a target of the club's for the past week or so with Erik ten Hag appearing eager to want the signature of his former player.

Santi Aouna (@Santi_J_ FM) of Foot Mercato has put out that United and Bayern have agreed a fee for the defender worth €25m with add-ons.

I don't think that's a bad deal to be honest.

West Ham had apparently agreed a deal with Bayern Munich for Mazraoui but recent reports have said that that deal has fallen through as the defender wants to come to United.

I mean, if you had a choice of West Ham or MUFC...?

In fact, according to Foot Mercato the Hammers have agreed a fee with United for Aaron Wan-Bissaka as they've said that "The Hammers have aligned themselves with Manchester United's demands and an agreement has been reached." Since they couldn't get Mazraoui, AWB is now the man. All that remains is an agreement between the player and the club and we should see AWB off to London.

Things look to be moving very quickly in the right-back position at United.

MUFC are in a sell-to-buy situation as the only way to bring in a new player (a full-back or otherwise) is for the club to get rid of players.

If AWB does go to West Ham then United are in need of another full back as Diogo Dalot is the only right-back. The Portuguese is also the only full-back that we can truly rely on in terms of his availability.

Someone like Mazraoui would be welcome because the Moroccan isn't too injury prone and can play at left-back as well which will help us in that area too.

This means that the first steps in a transfer are complete. Both player and clubs have allegedly agreed terms. All we need next is a 'Here we go' followed by the club coming out with a statement regarding agreeing a deal and then the official announcement.

I believe that this deal could move relatively quickly. Even AWB to West Ham could be done quite fast, probably once United return from the USA.

As I said in previous posts Mazraoui to United and AWB to West Ham are good deals. I think that both players suit the clubs they're linked to pretty well.

Yeah, I can talk and talk and talk about the things I love, like football and United, as you can see in this post. Once I get on a roll, it's pretty hard to stop me. This is all coming from a guy who doesn't talk that much. How weird.
